Charlotte foundation to fund gay productions

According to an article published by the Charlotte Observer, the Charlotte-based, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Wesley Mancini Foundation has announced grant awards to be used in funding gay productions. Barebones Theater Group will receive $3500 to serve as producing partner for the production of "Five Women Wearing the Same Dress". $5000 will go to the William C. Friday Fellowship for Human Relations to promote, market and distribute the documentary, "Coming Out, Coming In". Technorati Tags: , , , , ,
